We use a trusted third-party website and hosting provider (Siteground) to facilitate the running and management of our websites. (Siteground) meet high data protection and security standards and are bound by contract to keep any information they process on our behalf confidential. Any data that may be collected through this website, is kept secure and only processed for the reasons stated.
We may store client details on ClickUp. This is required for our marketing and communication. ClickUp are a trusted third-party provider,

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure; We use secure software systems to protect your data, and only allow access by authorised personnel; We manage our third-party suppliers using contracts and security reviews.
We use secure, cloud-based software to store data therefore protecting data against accidental loss; ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery; preventing unauthorised access, destruction or disclosure. We will periodically conduct privacy impact assessments in accordance with the law and our business policies, we also train staff on data security.

We will retain your personal data until; you unsubscribe; for two years following enquiry; for 7 years following contract; for 7 years following invoice issue.
